High-class very nice business hotel for celebrating anniversary. Outstanding cereals, pastries, and eggs in the restaurant. Incredible and wonderful location just off shopping streets and plenty of restaurants, Singapore for business meetings and shopping centre and eateries; early check-in. Also, to all shops in orchard road.

The place was impeccably clean and old renovated, had well-trained and service-oriented staff with exceptionally good service and care for the guest.

Liked Singapore, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and fabulous in-everything a business traveller could ever want. The place was well priced. The staff were happy to help and recommended nearby attractions. My room at this venue was neat and soundproof with big bathtub & king sized bed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food, including pastries, eggs, and meats.

Fantastic and wonderful location next to all the nice shops and many restaurants, the shopping malls serving breakfast, and the center of Singapore's heart of shopping; early check-in. For tea or coffee visit Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd nearby. A Nespresso machine, a great coffee, and 2 televisions available in the deluxe room. Outstanding cereals, pastries, and eggs for American breakfast.

As business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location and the beautiful design of the hotel. The diptyque products in the bathroom added a touch of luxury. The sliding door in our room allowed us to enjoy the view of Orchard Road. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel valued and welcomed. The outdoor pool was a great place to relax after a long day.

We felt super comfortable during our stay, with nothing to complain about.

The room was very well decorated and a nice size, I had luxury experience.

The hotel was 1st class and spotless, had marvellous views of the bay. The staff were happy to help above and beyond. The restaurant was well maintained for dinner and breakfast here, I had fine dishes. It was in the best possible and prime location just close to Duty Free Shopping.

Delicious and superb breakfast, fairly clean hotel.

New-fashioned updated rooms with pleasant views of the bay, and climate control, a writing desk and a DVD player. Friendly check in and in general fantastic service. Irish bar and great pool. Favourable and stunning location a short walk to a retro mall. And next to the Botanic Gardens and restaurants of all kinds and easy public transportation and Forum, which is basically a kids shopping mall.

It has attentive and particularly attentive employees with check-in and check-out arrangements. The location is stunning and incredible, to the zoo or elsewhere.

The location was fantastic, close to Shaw House.

The hotel's decoration is elegant and classy, with a touch of sophistication. The general areas are well-maintained and offer a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the premises.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Extra bed for a child was very expensive (S$ 80 without breakfast).

The pool was very clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the lobby bar. My room facing city was extremely pleasant and nicely furnished. Its location just walking distance from Palais Renaissance Shopping Center was unbeatable and fantastic.

Pro: Our stay at Pan Pacific was exceptional. The design of the lobby and the four different terraces was incredibly creative and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for an early check-in and providing a baby cot for our little one. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with unique features like a hidden coffee-making area and a large bathroom. Located in a prime shopping area with excellent transport links, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The facilities, particularly the pool and jacuzzi, were also top-notch. Additionally, the efforts taken by the hotel staff to make my wife's birthday special were much appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary upgrade to the Executive room and a delicious chocolate mousse cake waiting for us after our early dinner. Thank you, Pan Pacific, for making our stay a truly memorable one!
