The hotel is well priced and provided a comfortable stay for my business trip. I enjoyed the air conditioner, writing desk, and WiFi in the well-stocked room. the restaurant was pleasant and the food was delicious. the location is fantastic, with the Paragon Shopping Complex at a moderate distance, as well as being within walking distance from a major shopping street.

Recently renovated, decent size room with nice bed. Location - good and unbeatable short walk to shopping facilities at Orchard Rd, restaurants, public transport.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff is very courteous and prompt. The location of the hotel is good. The services that came with the pacific club lounge rooms were definitely appreciable.

The room was well stocked and extremely pleasant, with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kitchenette area, and 2 televisions. the bed was nice. the location is good and unbeatable for Singapore, being so close to nightlife, shopping centers, the business district, and other attractions. the breakfast served in the morning included cereal, pastries, and eggs.

The deluxe twin room I stayed in was very well decorated with twin beds. It had a coffee maker and glassware included. the hotel's central location near Pan Pacific Orchard was ideal for my 3-day business seminar. Being close to the main shopping center on Orchard Road and downtown Singapore was convenient.

The service and the promptness of the staff to attend to the customer was awesome.

I have stayed in the Pan Pacific many times, mainly on business but also for pleasure. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere, not just Singapore. Friendly staff, wonderful food, clean and ideally located for shopping and other activities.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
